As I've mentioned maybe once or twice or three hundred thousand times, it is pretty hot here. As I've also probably mentioned, the electric here is pretty unreliable. There is only so much power to go around which means during the day and night the power is constantly switching on and off. Without power, fans, ACs, and coolers can't run. So what's a girl to do? Enter the hand fan. With a twirl of the wrist, the crocheted part swings around and around helping to keep a little bit of semi-cool air coming in one's general direction.
